I graduated from Western Kentucky University in December 1990.

I was awarded my certificate in February 2003.

Be persistent and never give up.

I declared as an accounting major when I first went to WKU, never changed. Had plans at the time to go to law school but got married and started a family.

 I started January 2nd, 1994.  

The family atmosphere- We truly care about and for one another. Working in the accounting industry is an ever-changing environment, but it ultimately comes back to the same.

The closeness and care everyone has for each other.

That we are busy all year round, and not just January to April.

I married my wife, Tina, on August 3, 1991. We have three children: Will Parker Carter, John C Carter, and Addison Grace Cooley. Alongside them we welcomed one grandson, Lincoln Parker, and our dog, Bear Bryant Parker.

I grew up in Tompkinsville, Kentucky, and I now live in Bowling Green, Kentucky. 

Umpiring little league baseball.

Watching all levels of football- particularly college games and those involving Western Kentucky University and University of Alabama. I also enjoy watching NASCAR and going to the beach with my family.

Movie: The Godfather or Animal House

Book: The Bible

TV Show: Yellowstone

Musical Artist: No favorite. I listen to all genres of music.

Food: Steak & potatoes
